Rhino managed to scheme out She-Hulk, which happens when you play enough solo Rhino. Not paying attention to if a card is Hero Action, Action or Alter-Ego Action is what really made the difference there. We’ll give it another try as I think we should be able to see what a win looks like with this deck.

Marvel Champions | E60 She-Hulk (Justice) vs Rhino
We’ve wrapped up the Spider-Man deck and I’ve been wanting to play She-Hulk again for awhile. There is a She-Hulk Justice deck out on marvelcdb that looks interesting so I thought I’d give it a run. It has some card choices that I may change in the near future, but I want to play it as is out of the gate and see how we do. So let’s do a test run against Rhino and see how things work out.
Marvel Champions | E59 Spider-Man ( Leadership ) vs Klaw ( Heroic )
We were going to put the Spider-Man Leadership deck down, but FFG release a note that detailed a couple of new modes of play. There is now a Heroic mode of play where you draw additional encounter cards based on the heroic level, they also issue a challenge for heroic level 3 vs Klaw with MODOK as part of the scenario. We are going to give that a go and see how it works out for us.
Marvel Champions | E57 Spider-Man (Leadership) vs Ultron
We managed a victory in the first game of Leadership Spider-Man vs Ultron. Normally fighting villains we lose round two, let’s see if that is the pattern. Hawkeye seems to be the key character to get out.
Marvel Champions | E56 Spider-Man (Leadership) vs Ultron
It’s been awhile since Ultron poked his head into the channel for a battle. We are all about the service. So let’s see how the Spider-Man Leadership deck can handle Ultron and his horde of drones.
Marvel Champions | E55 Spider-Man (Leadership) vs Klaw
This is the third episode of our Klaw vs Leadership Spider-Man battle. It is a tie with 1 win for Klaw and 1 win for Spider-Man. The Tombstone modular encounter came into play last game, creating a much bigger distraction than the previous game. Let’s see how this plays out, if Spider-Man can win the series. https://marvelcdb.com/decklist/view/103/spider-man-and-friends-solo-play-expert-mode-1.0
Marvel Champions | Modular Encounters
Modular Encounters are the sets of minions and side schemes that get added into the main villain. Let’s discuss and go over the cards for all of the ones that are currently available.
- 0:40 – Bomb Scare
- 3:05 – Masters of Evil
- 5:55 – Under Attack
- 8:05 – Legions of Hydra
- 9:40 – Doomsday Chair ( MODOK )
- 11:30 – Goblin Gimmicks
- 12:40 – A Mess of Things ( Scorpion )
- 14:10 – Power Drain ( Electro )
- 16:10 – Running Interference ( Tombstone )
Marvel Champions | E54 Spider-Man (Leadership) vs Klaw
During our first go at the Klaw deck we didn’t see much of Tombstone. Spider-Man handled Klaw without too much of a problem. Will we see a repeat, or is it possible we just got lucky card draws and Klaw and Tombstone were holding back? https://marvelcdb.com/decklist/view/103/spider-man-and-friends-solo-play-expert-mode-1.0
Marvel Champions | E53 Spider-Man (Leadership) vs Klaw
The Spider-Man Leadership deck walked through Rhino with no problems. Next up, Klaw and we’ll add the Tombstone side scheme for a little flavor. Will this slow down the deck? https://marvelcdb.com/decklist/view/103/spider-man-and-friends-solo-play-expert-mode-1.0
Marvel Champions | E52 Spider-Man (Leadership) vs Rhino
With two Rhino wins down, let’s crank it up to Expert mode and see if that gives the Spider-Man ( Leadership ) deck a little more trouble. The thought is that in this harder mode, we’ll see some more of the Legions of Hydra. https://marvelcdb.com/decklist/view/103/spider-man-and-friends-solo-play-expert-mode-1.0
