We got a win with Thor last game! Can we repeat, was it a fluke. We’re going to change up to best 3 of 5 so maybe Thor can come back and Rhino doesn’t get the series win.

Marvel Champions | E37 Thor vs Rhino
The second game of Thor vs Rhino went a little bit better, but it still was a loss. There were some good things learned from that round and it’s time to see if we can redeem ourselves in the third round.
Marvel Champions | E36 Thor vs Rhino
Thor came out swinging during the first game, but Rhino came back and managed to get the win. There were some things learned during that game as it was the first play of Thor. We’ll try to put those into practice during this second game and see if we can get the win.

Alrighty we’ve got Thor, so let’s take him for a trial run against Rhino. How hard can it be? Looking at Thor’s ability to manage minions, I don’t know that solo vs Rhino is going to go very well.
Marvel Champions | E34 Iron Man vs Rhino
The first play of Iron Man vs Rhino did not go so well. It was a pretty short game and most of the time was spent figuring the cards out. This time we know something and we are ready to lay down the law. Let’s see if we can do a better job of taking out Rhino.

It’s time to head back to the core set and play a hero I haven’t even looked at yet. Let’s give Iron Man a try, a lot of people seem to like him so let’s find out what is so special. We’ll start with the standard Rhino scenario and see if we can defeat him while we figure this character out.
Marvel Champions | E27 Black Panther vs Rhino
Black Panther vs Rhino round three and again we are at expert level. There was a whole lot of retaliate missed last game which is one of Black Panther’s key features. Last game also involved an amazing card draw from the start, so let’s see if we can win a game where the starting hand will likely not be so powerful.

This is the second play of Black Panther vs Rhino and I’ve moved it up to expert level Rhino. There were some moments where it was a bit scary on standard, so there is a bit of fear that we’ll get crushed on expert.
Marvel Champions | E25 Black Panther vs Rhino
Getting back to basics it is time to play through more of the character decks from the core box. This time we’ll make use of Black Panther to try to stop Rhino’s evil deeds.
Marvel Champions E16 – Captain America vs Rhino
Rhino has been defeated twice with the Captain America deck. Time to put on the big boy pants and try expert mode. Not having played expert mode before this will be a first and we can find out if Rhino will now crush Cap.
