We are currently experiencing some technical issues with shipping which is preventing us from completing order. Once things are figured out we will change the status of this message to resolved.

2026-02-07 – Still attempting to work with USPS to get to the root cause of the issue. There has been a fallback enabled of $15 for shipping. This should allow orders to proceed and we will refund back the difference between what we normally charge and that amount.

2026-02-10 – A temporary work around is in place that should allow shipping to calculate normally for now. The $15 fallback is still in place in case the work around has issues.

2026-02-19 – The temporary work around has become a static change at this point. The shipping calculator should be working correctly. If for some reason you are attempting to make a purchase and see a $15 flat fee for shipping please send an email to suppor.

We use USPS as the shipping provider exclusively, and recently the USPS API started to feed us garbage. I was alerted by one of the customers and we believe it has been fixed at this point in time.

Our current policy is that what we charge for shipping is usually a little more than direct cost of the shipping, because packing materials have a cost. When filling orders and what has been charged for shipping is much greater than what it costs us to ship you will see a refund come back to bring that inline. Where possible we also will combine orders and refund shipping.
